Terms of Service

1. I will not draw anything that I deem offensive, overly sexual, or hateful. However, I will draw tasteful nudity if you are over 18 years of age.
2. Please be ready to pay when your commission is complete. See Commissions 101 for more information about how I conduct business and take payment through Etsy.The price of your digital download listing is non-negotiable.
   If your current financial situation does not support purchasing your commission, the listing and your art will remain available in my shop until you are ready to purchase or the listing expires.
   However, please plan ahead of time and be courteous. If you know you will not be able to afford commissioning, do not commission. There are other opportunities available that are either less expensive, or sometimes free. Just ask me if I can accommodate you and we can work something out within your price range.
3. When commissioning me, please be aware that your commission price may change based on any additions or requests. See pricing guide for more information. If requested I can provide an itemized bill for your records.
4. I will not draw from a written description alone. Please provide a drawing or reference images for me to look at, I can’t read minds! Unless you are commissioning me for a reference sheet of course, then we will talk through the design process together.
5. Commissions can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks based on complexity and the amount of back-and-forth or changes made with the commissioner. Making quality artwork can take time, and it is best not to be rushed or the piece may not come out as expected.
6. Please be aware that you may not be the only commission that I am working on. I usually* work on a first-come-first-serve basis, and try to complete the commissions in this order. However, sometimes I can expedite a commission based on a reasonable request (for example, if it is for a birthday or holiday, etc.). But please don't abuse my kindness, its best to commission earlier than later if you need the art within a deadline.
